Maurice Lee
Managing Director
Maurice started in the industry as a trainee designer back in the 1970′s. Having left the industry he returned to work in sales and production, before starting Downlands, with then business partner Graham Carter in July 1991.
A big sports fan, he used to play county league football, but now plays Tennis and enjoys walking. Maurice can often be found on the Downs walking with his dog and has recently completed the Coast to Coast walk
Chris Musgrove
Production Manager
Chris has worked in the packaging industry for 30+ years, he is very mechanically minded and knows a lot about running the machinery, and troubleshooting when it is not working.
His passion is motorsport, he raced Minis in the past and now races his kart to get his “speed” fix. He also has his Lotus in the garage for weekend fun.
Glynn Skinner
Design Manager
Glynn started in the industry straight from school, as a trainee designer, and has come up with thousands of packaging design solutions during his career.
Glynn enjoys cycling (only in fair weather) and has for the past 10 years participated in the annual “Thames Bridges” charity bike ride for the stroke association. He also loves old classic cars and enjoys browsing round them at shows, though he only dreams of owning one.
